A lot on my mind today but.. I always say Take it day by day.. literally; it's much easier mentally than trying to look ahead and worry about the weeks and months to come. Wake up and handle each day the best way you can. Learn, overcome, and adapt-make each day better than the last. Before you know it, those rough days will have passed, and you'll realize you've become stronger and more resilient than you thought. 💯❤️‍🩹

@bigfoot took me 35 years to figure that out. With the help of having time off from an injury and some shrooms and Lucy. I’ve really gained some insight and I’m very grateful. 🙏🏻

@justme182 yep the only time you actually have any interaction with your physical reality is in the present moment. It’s best to be there instead of worrying about what will happen before you get there or worrying about what has already happened considering you can’t change it
