hii ive been sober 100% for 6 days already last time was earth day and im starting to feel effects of recovery or whatever because also in the mornings i dont think about vape till 2-4 hours after waking up

my appetite is not back to regular but its a good thing because i am now being extra intentional about the foods i eat and not just snacking and junk all day now i have an eating schedule i try to stick to depending on needing to fuel or energy

now when i eat im thinling of all the time afterwards that i wont have to feel hungry or think of food and im so excited to use that time for things i like doing, i think also with my schedules i separate my activities in a day by when im eating so each time i switch activity
