Finding Gratitude and Shifting Vibrational Frequency

So I think I finally understand what is meant when thinking of the statement “you can have gratitude in the moment, even if sitchs in your life aren’t panning out the way you hoped” in reference to how your vibrational frequency is ultimately determines the experiences you have while in the 3rd dimension and that one has to first change how one feels before they will see the physical manifestations of a more positive experience… For a long time I had a hard time grasping just exactly how to accomplish this, but I think slowly, I’m beginning to understand… How can one stand in the amazingly beautiful stillness and silence and not FEEL gratitude?

@rebelkatt omg!!! You an me both!!! It’s something I’ve really wanted to have done for a long time…I hate having to wait😭 I wanted to ask, my daughter was born on 11.07.11 in Scranton Pa at 12:34pm. Are you able to do hers too? Only if you have time of course…and if you truly don’t mind…I don’t think I have any way of compensating on here, right?
