Honestly when you're used to negative self talk most of your life and external negativity and finally changing that energy around... It shows 🤧😭😵💫

Yeah this is why I prefer quiet times, I grew up being confused and constantly rewiring my brain growing into adult hood, my amateur sense of perspective blinds me to the positives in the moment so it becomes generally about life, shows how much I appreciate being here, if part of me feel like a piece of shit in that moment it’s time for the soft conversation to yourself and squash that beef. The silent treatment can only get you so far? Yk?
