I work graveyard, and this past week, I was up for 58 hours working and then going home to pack up and moving stuff to the new spot. Had to be out of there by the 28th, and by golly, I got it done with help but not enough help lol. It's been 2 days, and I'm still so damn tired. I know I'll be fully caught up on sleep over this upcoming weekend. Something I found to be quite interesting whilst I was conscious for so long is that as long as I kept moving around, I would not be tired. Another interesting thing I found is that because I have taken so many psychedelics in the short amount of time I've been an adult, when I stare at objects or certain patterns they can move around or look like they are breathing when I focus on the object or bring the object out of focus but still in the center of my view. My favorite is when I stare at, let's say, a painting on a solid color wall. The painting can look like it's moving around the wall or stretching or shrinking. When it looks like it's moving around, it never strays further than half a foot in any direction from where it's actually placed, I know the painting isn't actually moving. All these visuals are that of when I've been on psychedelics, I think it's cool that my brain can just pull that out to entertain itself. These visual hallucinations that happened in those 58 hours only happened when I would be sitting still, just relaxing from physical labor. I think these hallucinations my brain was supplying me was a way to help me stay awake whilst sitting still.

@sooch that's so real, I don't intentionally put myself in those situations but when they can't be avoided I try to learn what I can from them

@rebelkatt I agree with that, only took this graveyard as it paid more and only lasts six months, I got two more months to go then I can switch back to either 1st or 2nd. I hope I can get 2nd as everyone during that shift seems happy lol

@tsunamisushi lol I don't judge altered states because they could teach me stuff and bring me lessons without me having to participate in them.👀🎉
